Easy Corp Ltd is a family run business that makes incorporation process easy for entrepreneurs both in the United Kingdom and in the USA.

Our goal at Easy Corp Ltd is to make your life easier and more successful.    

Easy Corp Ltd has been created and is still 100% owned by Stéphane Perrin and Patricia Lafargue, a happy couple of two enthusiast French nationals that were married in 2009.   

Stéphane formed his first company in the UK where he is living since 1998. Piazza Financial Services Ltd was incorporated in Great Britain on 9th October 1998. He created this business venture to provide some UK incorporation services to international business owners. After six years of experience and successful activities, Stéphane decided to expand his business to the USA. He formed Easy Corp Ltd in early 2004 then merged Piazza Financial Services Ltd with Easy Corp Ltd.  

In 2005, Stéphane created a subsidiary of Easy Corp Ltd in Delaware and started to expand quickly their activity in the USA with innovative services.  

Competitors then were big and well established. But Stéphane and Patricia were conducting business with a philosophy that allowed Easy Corp Ltd not just to survive but to thrive, emerging over time to become an acknowledged leader in the business formation industry.  

Our philosophy focused on a highly personalized style of customer service, understanding that beyond the mechanics of forming a business there were dreams and aspirations. A customer's individual questions and concerns were important and special, and that's how they were treated.
