Easy Corp Ltd has been created and is still managed by Stéphane Perrin .

Stéphane formed his first company in the UK where he is living since 1998. Piazza Financial Services Ltd was incorporated in Great Britain on 9th of October 1998. Stéphane created this business venture to provide some UK incorporation services to international business owners. After six years of experience and successful activities, Stéphane decided to expand his business to the USA. He formed Easy Corp Ltd in early 2004 then merged Piazza Financial Services Ltd with Easy Corp Ltd.

In 2005, Stéphane created a subsidiary of Easy Corp Ltd in Delaware and started to expand quickly their activity in the USA with innovative services.

Competitors then were big and well established. But Stéphane conducted business with a philosophy that allowed Easy Corp Ltd not just to survive but to thrive, emerging over time to become an acknowledged leader in the business formation industry.

His philosophy focused on a highly personalized style of customer service, understanding that beyond the mechanics of forming a business there were dreams and aspirations. A customer's individual questions and concerns were important and special, and that's how they were treated.

Easy Corp Ltd has made a continuing effort to provide help to many causes.

We provide discounted services to young entrepreneurs, the disabled and those in need. In the past, we have collected seven tons of goods for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts, raised more than $1 million for September 11th support agencies and collected more than $50,000 for Tsunami victims. Easy Corp Ltd has enriched the lives of millions of people worldwide. We are very proud of that.

There are so many new projects and therefore we are really busy!...

If you are one of our clients you have certainly noticed that our website has been completely improved with a fresh design, a brand new helpdesk with extensive knowledge base, new ticket system, new online billing sytem, new documents retrieval service, etc... In fact, we have been working for the last twelve months to improve our online services and we are still continuing to make our website better and better to satisfy our clients.

We were glad to serve BizFilings and The Delaware Company's clients for more than one year.

In May 2008, we signed an agreement with BizFilings and we were serving clients from www.bizfilings.com and www.thedelawarecompany.com with our mail forwarding and banking services until January 2010. It has been a real pleasure for us to work with a major company of our industry and their clients. We were very proud to have been selected by BizFilings for serving their clients with some of our business services while, for some reasons, they were unable to do it. It clearly encouraged us to continue working hard to develop some more exciting services that others cannot provide to their clients.

We are developping a new prepaid Visa® card.

We have also created a new entity named Easy Money LLC and are currently launching a brand new prepaid card service. With this new international prepaid card, our clients will be able to obtain their Visa® card showing our brand and logo. This is definitively an exciting project for us and there will be plenty of others in the coming months!

French Gourmet Ltd

In October 2009 our team launched a complete new website, French Gourmet Ltd . We are now importing and selling selected French products within the UK. Our products are only high quality products that we buy directly from selected French producers.

It is a completely different domain of activity and French Gourmet Ltd is a new and brilliant challenge for all of us!
